You're right, it seems that in some places on the screen, a window is a little sampled and not fully transparent, but as you said, it happens in all editions of Windows, it's not really a ''problem'' it's just for show you where your windows are positioned, and i believe this hasn't changed so far because it doesn't necessarily create a problem.
